Personal
Norman Cathell, Jr., was born and raised in Ocean City. He and his wife, Cindy, have three children. Currently, Norman and his family reside in Berlin.

Education
After graduating from Stephen Decatur High School, Norman attended Goldey Beacom College, graduating with an A.S. Degree in Business Management.

Career
Associated with Nationwide Insurance since 1982, Norman has completed the Life Underwriters Training Council and earned the designation of LUTCF, qualified for Nationwide's Presidents Conference three years, qualified five times for MDRT (an industry designation).
His main objective is to treat you as he would want to be treated. Norman hopes to give you the best possible service.

Community
Norman and his family are active members of SonRise Church in Ocean City.
He is actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America. Through achieving his Eagle Scout, he feels that it is necessary to give the youth even more than he recieved in the program. After serving for 29 years in various positions, he is currently working with a local Boy Scout Troop.
From 1990 to 1996, Norman was involved with the Berlin Fire Department. While with them, he completed Fire Fighting and Emergency Medical Training and served as company secretary for two years. Norman has since been working with the Showell Fire Department for eleven years and serving four years as secretary.
